Hormone balancing Yoga Class
Yoga can help to regulate your monthly cycle and keep you more physically and emotionally balanced.
Yoga and other massage or breathing technique will bring a sense of stability, vitality to your liver, and balance your endocrine system, a complex array of glands that produce the hormone that trigger your period in the first place.
Purpose of hormone balancing yoga
Yoga’s approach to holistic health is powerful tool for helping us experience the passage into menopause as a positive event, both physically and spiritually.
Yoga to become your companion for life, sustain you when you are well, shore you up when you’re depressed, and support you when you are sick.. Yoga can teach you to love yourself from the inside out.
Preparation for class
Yoga mats offer free of charge.
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing
Changing facilities are available, but there are no showers.
Bring your own water.
Please come with empty stomach.
